- Schedule: 20 hours per week (Flexible/Hybrid)
- Education: Associate Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Status: Not eligible for benefits
The Role
As the Development and Communications Coordinator, you will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to keep the Foundation running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Donor Management: Maintain accurate donor records and database.
- Fundraising: Support online campaigns and direct mail initiatives.
- Digital Presence: Manage social media channels, e-newsletter, and community engagement.
- Events: Assist in the planning and execution of Foundation events.
What We’re Looking For
- Nonprofit Experience: Preferred experience in social media, online fundraising, and event coordination.
- Strong Communicator: A persuasive writer and interpersonal pro who can engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with community entities.
- Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for Stillwater Public Library and its vision.
